Currently, **ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Technology Strategist III** to join our team in **Fort Meade, MD** . **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Working with the customer to identify new technologies that can solve their toughest challenges. + Conducting stakeholder and gap analyses and identifying key needs. + Communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences. + Identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to address resistance and barriers to adoption. + Taking direction from more senior personnel as well as supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and nine (9) years of position specific relevant experience. + Knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree in an IT-related discipline. + Relevant industry standard certifications such as PMP **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
