Working at the heart of the most significant technology strategy planning and development in Lenovo Research, we are recruiting people with passion about technologies and thrive at the environment where curiosity and learnings are basic requirements. Working with other researchers across almost all major technologies, these teams provide the bridge between strategies and technology, advising and delivering technology strategies to the leadership team at both Lenovo Research level and Corporate level.

As a key member of the technology strategy team, you would analyze technology advancements, observe innovation trends and identify future strategy plans. Assist leadership team to develop technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with and supports their key business priorities.

Responsibilities: 

Serve as trusted advisor to leadership defining strategy at the intersection of both technology and business​Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise​Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market shareDrive strategic opportunities which incorporate innovative technology solutions into broader business transformationsLead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant technology strategyRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in strategy consultingExperience managing complex and visible engagements and projects with multiple stakeholders at the leadership level.Strong presentation skills: ability to synthesize information and the ability to bring a message forwardExceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: MBAExceptional organizational skills and ability to meet urgent deadlines.Detail-oriented and analytical with problem-solving skills.Intellectual curiosity and interest in learning about and implementing emerging technology (e.g.,  AI) is key.
