Technology Field Support Intern
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technology Field Support Summer Intern to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and infrastructure. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Education Requirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldCurrently pursuing a degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.Related Work Experience:
Familiarity with working in a corporate environment
Functional Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is a plus.Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
