The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) directorate within the Raytheon Engineering team is seeking an energetic engineering leader to serve as the TEE Execution Lead for Ultra Programs. This is an on-site role based in Tucson, Arizona.
TEE is a multi-disciplined group within the Raytheon Engineering organization that is responsible for the design, development, and integration of automated production test solutions supporting Raytheon’s diverse product portfolio through the full product development life cycle. This leader will be the face of the TEE Directorate to the Mission Area Program Leadership Team and accountable for program and project execution oversight across the Ultra product portfolio. The role will require knowledge of earned-value techniques, project management experience, and the ability to develop technical talent and mentor future leaders. In this role, the TEE Execution Lead will work closely with the TEE Leadership Team on test strategy and factory roadmaps.
What You Will Do
Provide guidance, coaching and leadership to Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) within the directorate to ensure effective communication and program execution of Ultra programs across locationsResponsible for reviewing/approving proposals and utilization of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques (EACs, LREs, IMS) to manage program executionProvide technical oversight to mission area programs through the planning and leadership of project design reviews and peer reviews, including technical briefings to internal and external customersTravel Requirements: Up to 10%Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of twelve (12) years of prior relevant experience.Experience in one or more of the following areas: Test System Design, Hardware or Software development spanning multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital)Experience with electrical hardware development processExperience with EVMS and development & management of budgets, EACs, and proposalsExperience with project/program execution, including capital programsExperience leading cross-functional teamsActive and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge of Ultra Program PortfolioAdvanced degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related engineering degreeProven background in test system design and development supporting full product development life cycleStrong systems engineering thought process with good analytical skillsAble to network/influence outside of the TEE organization with other design organizations, project leadership, other engineering disciplines and operations, supply chain & manufacturingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with peers, suppliers, management, and customers in development & production environments.What We Offer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
