As a Telecom Coordinator at The Cheesecake Factory, you will be a crucial part of our team, supporting our restaurant technology infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include ordering and managing the installation of voice and data circuits with third-party vendors. You will also assist with our Technology Lifecycle Program (TLP), coordinating and providing support during and after deployment. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Ordering and Installation of Data and Voice Circuits: Coordinate the ordering and installation of public and private data circuits with third-party vendors to support restaurant connectivity needs. Manage the entire process from start to finish, keeping key stakeholders updated on status throughout. Data & Voice Break Fixes: Collaborating with third-party vendors and The Cheesecake Factory help desk teams to address and resolve data and voice issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on application, operational, and infrastructural changes to maintain transparency and compliance. What we require: 1+ years of subject matter expertise in ordering and supporting data, voice, and PBX. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology requirements. What we prefer: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting.
