Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Telecom Deal Desk/Vendor Relations Specialist to join our high-performing team. This pivotal role involves managing vendor relationships, optimizing pricing strategies, and driving initiatives that enhance business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pricing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute competitive pricing strategies.Customer Insights: Analyze customer-level economics and lifetime value to inform pricing decisions that balance volume, margin, and market competitiveness.Vendor Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with telecom vendors to secure optimal agreements.Contract Negotiation: Lead vendor negotiations for contracts and special pricing agreements to maximize value.Business Goals: Drive initiatives that align with sales objectives and contribute to overall business success.Market Analysis: Evaluate product performance to recommend strategies for improving volume and margin.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Telecom sales or vendor relationship management.

Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of telecom products, managed services, and industry trends.

Core Skills:

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious work ethic.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Advanced analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
