Assist PMs with review of lease terms and alternate language where appropriate Facilitate preparation of high lease cost justification early in the leasing process Assure vendor performance meeting lease commitments Perform leasing tasks on long lead time non-fixed price leases (e.g. extremely difficult sites, build-to-suits) Review completeness of lease summaries Enforce Legal term requirements Front review of leases & alternate language acceptance. Track status and completion of high volume of leases and provide reporting to Project Leads on status, corrections needed, etc. Skillset Matrix Manager Notes: Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) Must be familiar and skilled to work within Database - Magentabuilt, like Siterra, or equivalent, as well as familiar with electronic leasing submittal What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Working with client's Project Managers and other Team Members to help manage large buildout of lease documents Preferred background/prior work experience?
