Job Description
An employer is seeking one Telecom/Network Analyst for a contract opportunity. This employee will be responsible for supporting this enterprise level company to prevent network outages or unplanned technical difficulties. This person will be working on a team of approximately 3 members and providing triage services when required to further escalate the ticket. They will be the first line of defense with support and must create tickets within ServiceNow for all incidents that occur and documenting them within the ticketing system. It would be extremely beneficial if this individual has worked in a NOC before or if they have a technical understanding of network outages and LAN/WAN networking. These individual needs strong customer service skills as they will be communicating with carriers to further investigate incidents. Shift flexibility is available for this position. The ideal pay is between $22-24hr

Skills and Requirements
- Network UP/DOWN familiarity experience.
- Experience/understanding of major networking and telecom hardware such as Firewall and modems
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Experience/knowledge working with a ticketing system - Technical certifications
- Experience working with RingCentral and Avaya
- Experience working with Fortinet equipment null
