Responsibilities This position is responsible for responding to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination providing a smooth, clear and professionally courteous communication practice. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years’ of phone or call center experience. Excellent telephone communications and etiquette. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to work effectively with other departments. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications. Preferred Job Requirements: Health-care experience.
