Provides value to the development and construction functions by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based development activities. Ensures consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, and siting solutions. As needed, may have some travel to market offices. - Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development specific to Leasing - Will support Engineering – Site Development – Soft Cost / Area Team. Skillset Matrix Manager Notes Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) Must be familiar and skilled to work within client's Database – Magentabuilt, like Siterra, or equivalent What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Working with Project Managers and other Team Members to help manage large buildout Preferred background/prior work experience?
