Telecom Subcontracts Manager
Our Telecommunications Group has been at the forefront of creating a new generation of wireless communication infrastructure for over 40 years. These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction. This position will sit in our downtown Philadelphia PA office. Primary Responsibilities: + - Implement, review, manage and oversee the supplier qualification and re-qualification process to ensure proper due diligence has been completed and maintained on all suppliers. + - Provide analysis and assessment of supplier on-boarding documentation to ensure supplier will align with our safety culture while providing high-quality services meeting customer requirements + - Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications of subcontracts + - Ensure supplier requirements are executed and consistent with technical, program and performance (quality and delivery requirements) + - Serve as liaison between Operations, Leadership, Legal, Risk and Contracts Management on all subcontract-related matters + - Manage the overall performance and compliance of suppliers, including maintaining accurate and up to date supplier records. + - Review, oversee, and implement various key data sets including but not limited to supplier information, supplier status, documentation, COIs, re-qualifications, and supplier sub-tiers + - Develop, communicate, and implement subcontracting strategies in accordance with individual program objectives while maintaining strong program and subcontractor relations. + - Engage and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders as necessary. Specifically, regarding on-boarding of requested suppliers, status of existing suppliers and executing customer requirements. + - Brief Director of Contracts and senior management on program contracts/subcontracts status. + - Develop efficient solutions in a fast pace working environment. + - Develop and implement subcontractor management procedures from on-boarding through work issuance and closure + - Engage in sourcing activities as needed + - Coordinate with in-house counsel and Risk Management personnel as needed + - Issue and negotiate non-disclosure agreements. + - Assist Director of Contracts in any other subcontract-related activities not enumerated herein Our health and welfare benefit are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Salary offer is geographic dependent. **Qualifications - External** Requirements/Experience - Education: A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience. - General Skills: o Experience in Contracts Management, Subcontractor On-Boarding, Quality Control or comparable skill sets that can translate into the role o Strong customer service and communication skills required. o Strong observation and decision-making skills. o Ability to organize and prioritize work. o General knowledge of MS Office (Excel) required. General knowledge of Smartsheets preferred. o Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. o Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. o Must be able to work in a remote environment. o Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
