Telecommunications Engineer IV

Summary: Seeking a Telecommunications Engineer IV with expertise in Cisco IP telephony solutions to architect, implement, and manage VOIP infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Cisco CCNA certificate.

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP Trunking.

Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions.

Experience with design/maintenance of VOIP architecture and installation of VOIP hardware.

Troubleshooting voice issues.

Experience with Cisco ATA.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and its impact on VOIP.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and implement VOIP infrastructure.

Ongoing management of the VOIP systems.

Provide support to end users/customers.

Solve complex problems related to telecommunications.



Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
