Description Our client is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in the DMV and has a large presence across the east coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers. These Helpers will receive great exposure to the telecommunications industry including cutting edge 5G technology. The Helper will be responsible for supporting the outside plant construction crews in their day-to-day activities including open trenching, PVC pipe laying, cable/conduit runs, equipment handling, inventory, mounting equipment, hanging strand, etc. Overall, needs to be the lead's "Right Hand" and help the project become completed on-time. They will be meeting at the yard and jumping in truck with leads. Top Skills Details 1. 1+ years of experience performing OSP Telecommunications Construction. 2. Knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude (Telecommunications preferred). 3. Reliability and strong work ethic. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
