Job Summary
Works independently with general supervision, answering all switchboard calls, monitoring all system alarms, coordinating call codes, and answering the telephone answering service calls.
Job Functions:
Monitors all system alarms and notifies proper departments.
Handles all codes in a professional manner.
Answers Physicians answering service phone and directs calls accordingly.
Coordinates helicopter landings for transporting critical patients.
Directs all incoming switchboard calls in a professional manner.
Trains all new employees on operation of PBX Switchboard.
Maintains operational manuals with PBX Supervisor.
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
