Ability to demonstrate the operation of telecommunication equipment. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to understand and communicate department policies and procedures. Ability to maintain communication records and logs. Minimum Qualifications The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience and/or training in communications or a related field. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management.
