Position contingent upon funding

 

As the Telecommunications Specialist, you will provide technical services, installation, configuration, securing/application of DISA STIGS during sustainment operations on multiple networks including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and CENTRIXS-K.

 

Must be able to speak/write both English and Korean language.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

·         Managing a broad array of A/V systems that are typically encountered by InfoComm CTS-D/I engineers and technicians.

·         Manage A/V related architectures that may utilize unicast, broadcast, or multicast transmission methods for mission critical applications

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, Or 4 additional years’ experience performing UC tasks

·         2 Years performing UC/CUCM related tasks including: VTC/VOIP devices and experience administering or designing UC systems including UC/CUCM

 

CERRIFICATIONS:

·         DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

·         Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

·         VTC Suites

·         CODECs

·         Audio/Video switchers / amplifiers / speakers

·         microphones

·         Unified Communications / Call Manager

·         Projectors

·         PTZ / Camera systems

·         Teleconferencing Software / Hardware (Zoom, Jabber, Teams, Polycom, etc.), VoIP / SIP / H.264 / H.265 protocols

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret Clearance, NALC/T3
