Job Description
An employee health nurse (telehealth nurse) works to ensure the health and wellness of employees for this organization. The responsibilities include triaging employees over the phone or video, creating plans to return to work or seek further medical attention, and working with the company to create an infection control plan. Additionally, the telehealth nurse will educate employees about measures they can take to avoid the flu and other common ailments, reducing the number of workdays lost and increasing productivity. Lastly, they will collaborate with the HR team on return-to-work guidelines, workers' compensation claims, and other related tasks.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm. The position is based in a busy outpatient office with 50-100 patients a day. There are openings in three different offices: Hawthorne, White Plains, and Monroe. The specific office locations are Scarsdale (688 White Plains Road, Scarsdale, NY), Hawthorne (#700, Hawthorne, NY), and Yonkers (1086 N Broadway STE 240, Yonkers, NY).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr.
