Job Description

An employee health nurse (telehealth nurse) works to ensure the health and wellness of employees for this organization. The responsibilities include triaging employees over the phone or video, creating plans to return to work or seek further medical attention. Additionally, this individual will work with the company to create an infection control plan and educate employees about measures they can take to avoid the flu and other common ailments that reduce the number of workdays and the level of productivity for employees. Lastly, they will work with the HR team on return to work guidelines and workers' compensation claims.

The work environment includes a busy outpatient office with 50-100 patients a day.

The job operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

There are openings in three different offices: Hawthorne (Cardiology office), White Plains (Multi-Specialty office), and Yonkers (Cardiology office). Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr.
