Candidates **must reside within the greater Houston area** and be available for in-person meetings in Woodlands , TX office as needed. **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time) **Requirements:** **• Must possess an** active RN license in the state of Texas • Must possess a minimum of two years of oncology experience- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience • Experience in telephonic triage patient care **Pay –** The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 38 and $39. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **Education & Preferred Qualifications:** • BSN preferred (bachelor’s degree in nursing) + **Job Description:** Provides telephonic triage services, assessing patient needs and collaborating with qualified staff to ensure appropriate care + Documents all care elements in the patient's medical record and accurately identifies high-risk conditions + Provides patient education and directs additional care to appropriate resources if necessary + Delivers professional nursing care adhering to national and organizational standards and guidelines, as well as state licensing board scope of practice. **Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
