Telemarketing Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be reporting to the Telemarketing Manager, and you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets.  The role requires outbound calling to warm leads generated from online enquiries, handling inbound calls from potential customers, and dealing with email enquiries, all with the objective of selling our products and services.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of potential customers from leads provided, meeting business KPIs in productivity and quality while delivering the monthly sales target set. 

As this a regulated role, this company will support and pay for you to obtain an EU certification for insurance distribution.

MAIN REPONSABILITIES:

Achieve sales targets pre-determined by management.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding healthcare needsExpert knowledge on our range of global healthcare insurance products and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targetsAchieve / exceed set productivity and quality standards.Use and update Salesforce to manage sales pipelineSell with integrity and treat customers fairly.Maintain accurate records and files as required.To carry out other ad hoc tasks as required to meet business needs.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

Sales experience in an outbound telesales environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong negotiation and closing skillsStrong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems.Excellent verbal and written communicationAbility to exercise judgement.Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow.Basic system navigation and Microsoft application skillsRegulatory awareness
