Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contactContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniquesResearch and stay current in consumer and industry trendsCommunicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employeesOutstanding Customer Service
Qualifications
Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.Proven sales experienceSuperior communication and customer service skillsExcellent follow-through skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetFamiliarity with automotive financing
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent*All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment*
