REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be a US Citizen * Must have an Active Secret Clearance * Bachelor's Degree or Higher * At least 4+ years of prior experience working with TM/FTS systems, RCC-319 and Test Range Safety organizations. * 4-6 years of Electronic Testing experience is required. * 4-6 years of Mechanical Testing experience is required. * Must be a self-starter and have the capability of determining one"s own tasking based on input from program. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrated experience to manage external suppliers with a focus on requirements verification, technical performance, and schedule. * Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills to all management/junior levels is desired. * Demonstrated experience presenting at program/design reviews, technical reviews, and safety reviews is desired.
