Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse provides comprehensive and age-appropriate care to assigned patients, coordinating all aspects of patient care while demonstrating a thorough understanding of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan. This role involves assessing patient data, interpreting information to identify individualized care needs, and delivering high-quality nursing care in alignment with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate total patient care for assigned patients, ensuring care is tailored to meet age-specific and individual needs.Demonstrate expertise in assessing patient status and interpreting data to provide appropriate care based on growth and development principles.Deliver nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices.Actively support the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through compassionate and professional nursing care.Participate in the hospital’s strategic plan and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.This position requires a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and alignment with the mission and strategic goals of St. Bernardine Medical Center.
Qualifications
Current California RN License BLS (Basic Life Support)ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Prefer one (1) year experience in area of specialty.
