The foundation of a connected world, it’s a network free of the limitations of the past, and flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of the changing world. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are seeking a detail-oriented Telephone Number Administrator to manage and oversee the allocation, maintenance, and administration of telephone numbers within our nation wide wireless product offering. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of telecommunications systems and numbering. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the assignment and allocation of telephone numbers within our nation wide wireless footprint, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations + Maintain an accurate database of all telephone numbers and associated user information, including documentation of changes and updates + Assist in troubleshooting telecommunication issues related to telephone numbers, including porting and transferring numbers as necessary + Act as the primary contact for telecom vendors and service providers regarding number management, billing, and service inquiries + Generate regular reports on number usage, allocation status, and any issues encountered, providing insights for optimization + Assist in the development and enforcement of policies related to telephone number usage and management + Provide training and support to staff regarding telephone system usage and best practices for number management \#LI-LM1 **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) + Previous experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or a related role **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Proficiency in database management and telecommunications software + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and industry standards including Neustar, NPAC and the North American Numbering Plan and all the related industry applications + Familiarity with wireless network systems and telecommunication technologies **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
