About the Role

You will be called on to manage, protect and grow revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products. You will sell to existing and prospecting clients with a proactive consultative approach.

Responsibilities

· Screening incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality relating to customer service is of high standard

· Completing designated number of documented assessments

· Utilizing approved monitoring tools and standards to assess the agents’ knowledge of products, business practices and systems

· Converting monitored findings and scores into coaching recommendations for performance improvement

· Facilitating scheduled calibration sessions that foster a consistent and reliable assessment of agents’ skills and behaviours.

· Generating calibration recap reports for each scheduled calibration session

· Participating in user acceptance testing exercises as needed for new product releases.

Requirements

· Be computer literate with the ability to utilize standard software applications that include MS Office suite

· Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the operations field.

· Be a great communicator and deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience

· Display proven telephonic selling experience

· Be able to remain flexible to meet constantly changing and sometimes opposing demands

· Be able to accomplish tasks accurately and completely

· Have the ability to identify issues, to obtain relevant information, and compare data from different sources

· Be able to be proactive and achieve targets
