Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking dynamic & self-motivated Telesales Appointers to join our well-known company, offering an exciting opportunity for growth and development. This hybrid working role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and secure buy-in for our products.Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings using provided scripts and tailored messaging.Build rapport with prospects and handle any inquiries or objections professionally.Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition for follow-up discussions.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is preferred.A proactive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.To succeed as a telesales appointer specialising in cold calling, a diverse skill set is essential
