Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesMettler Toledo is seeking to hire an Outbound Telesales Specialist responsible for selling service contracts via outbound call campaigns for our Columbus, Ohio location. Executing targeted and planned ibase marketing campaigns, prospecting, and utilizing on-line meetings, telephone, e-mail, internet, and other available technologies. As a Telesales Specialist your role will involve offering straightforward consultation, support, and solutions to prospective customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Meet and exceed agreed upon objectives including but not limited to sales revenue, productivity, and quote conversion rateIn-depth knowledge of all internal applications related to service sales and marketing, including but not limited to SAP CRMManage incoming calls from customers related to our service solutions and activity follow-upsQualify customer’s by assessing need, budget, and buying authority. Obtain basic qualifying information including (but not limited to) time frame for purchase, decision maker(s), budget, influencing factors, and next step in the sales processEffective nurturing through building relationships and by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales ready.
