Telesales Specialist We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our Sales team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls to support sales activities in employee benefits market in order to attract prospects and bring business results. What the day will look like Providing accurate information and selling company services and insurance product via outbound calls and emails Acquiring new customers based on internal and external databases Setting up meetings with prospects Monitoring and tracking the meetings in internal system Understanding and adhering to Aon policies and governance rules and participate in department meetings Co-operating with colleagues Skills and experience that will lead to success High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year experience in telephone telesales User-level knowledge of MsOffice applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) English language Excellent communication skills, confidence, patience, team spirit How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
