Description We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Experienced Bank Teller to join our private bank client's team. The ideal candidate will have prior teller experience, demonstrating proficiency in cash handling, customer service, and banking operations. This role is crucial in providing a positive banking experience for customers while ensuring the accuracy and security of transactions. Key Responsibilities: + Process a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. + Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances. + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Promote bank products and services to customers to enhance their banking experience. + Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a secure environment. + Assist in training and mentoring new tellers, sharing best practices and operational procedures. + Perform routine audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed. + Stay updated on bank products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
