Description We are seeking an Entry Level Teller to join our team. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records accurately, and addressing customer inquiries. The position also requires monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. This role is based in Corte Madera, CA. Responsibilities • Efficiently handle account transactions • Open new accounts, ensure their smooth operation, and close them as necessary • Assist clients in selecting our services and products • Actively promote our services and products • Execute administrative duties diligently • Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and laws • Manage cash activities effectively and handle cash responsibly • Maintain a high level of accuracy and pay great attention to detail • Cultivate strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment • Demonstrate proficiency in using banking software and systems • Treat confidential information with the appropriate discretion. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field. • Proficient in Data Processing to streamline banking operations. • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls to address customer inquiries and concerns. • Familiarity with Buying Processes to facilitate customer transactions. • Ability to manage Cash Activity efficiently and accurately. • Strong Cash Handling skills to ensure secure and precise transactions. • Comprehensive understanding of the Banking Industry and its evolving trends. • Knowledge of various Banking Services to provide optimal customer assistance.
