Description We are in the search of a part time Teller for our team located in Findlay or Pandora, Ohio. As a Teller, you will play a crucial role in financial transactions, handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining customer service standards. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the banking industry. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute financial transactions accurately. • Handle cash transactions and fund transfers with precision. • Maintain high standards of customer service while answering inbound calls. • Utilize banking software for data processing and record-keeping. • Carry out check processing and collection processes efficiently. • Understand and manage consumer loans and credit related tasks. • Maintain and update records in the accounting software systems. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and laws using LaserPro and Lawon ERP. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary. The hours would be in the afternoon on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and every other Saturday morning. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Must have experience with Banking software • Capable of performing Data Processing tasks efficiently • Familiarity with LaserPro is an advantage • Prior experience with Lawon ERP is preferable • Ability to answer inbound calls effectively • Experience with check processing is expected • Knowledge of collection processes is a must • Experience with consumer loans is beneficial • Credit handling skills are essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
