Focus:  As a Temporary Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant with Winchester Ammunition, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations. This role involves managing employee records, handling HR documents, and assisting with recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Temporary Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant Essential Job Functions:

Assist the Human Resources Team with daily activities. Aid in file documentation, to include uploading into online database. Verify employee data for accuracy in HRIS. Assist in facilitating new hire orientation. Assist new hires with benefits enrollment paperwork. 

Temp Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one-year recent related experience. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage high-volume workload and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts. Must possess excellent communication (oral and verbal), organizational, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Applicant Tracking System such as Taleo and PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Location-Specific Requirements: 

Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.  This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required. This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies. To meet the government-facility requirements, the candidate must be a US citizen.
