Job Summary The overall purpose of this position is to create storyboard, learning material with content creators and content enhancement partners/suppliers for IEEE Blended Learning Program (BLP) courses. This role ensures the content is delivered on time with quality adhering to the IEEE's guidelines and pedagogy. Get the content reviewed and revised by content provider(s) & volunteers as required.
The role reports to the Sales Manager in GIEEE and has no direct reports. This position works under direct supervision from the Sales Manager and functions as an individual contributor. The role will have predetermined guidelines and procedures to follow.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdditional Responsibilities- 1. Perform all activities of content creation, enhancement, and Course production
- 1.1 Creation of course design structure, storyboard, and e-learning materials describing the learning objectives, realistic scenarios and supporting documents for each course.
- 1.2 Use memorable and effective visuals such as flashcards etc to create a powerful instructional tool that drives learner engagement and efficiently fulfils the learning objectives even to rural communities
- 1.3 Enhance the course to become highly value-added assets to enable the learners to make them industry-ready.
- 1.4 oerform QA on the BLP platform, ensuring content/pedagogy are according to the IEEE standards
- 2. Content creation activities
- 2.1 Develop appropriate content of the lecture videos & audio files given by content partners
- 2.2 Develop individual lab manuals & add lab videos as supporting courses
- 2.3 Provide chapter wise audio script and work with voice-over artists to get the voice recordings. Verify the same and get it integrated and verify the audio synchronization
- 2.4 Get the SCORM package compliant to platform, test and validate the lab testing kits for the specific courses
- 2.5 Post eLearning development, get the content reviewed by the IEEE SMEs and launch the course
- 3. Review the content created in accordance with the authors, volunteers, and reviewers
- 3.1 Review and edit technical content provided by IEEE content partners for overall accuracy at every stage
- 3.2 Incorporate the review comments from the technical review panel and maintain quality.
- 3.3 Make sure that the BLP program works like a ‘Click and Mortar’ model by incorporating both eLearning and physical labs for a hands-on learning experience
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Engineering, Computer Science, IT Req
Work Experience- 4-7 years Preferably Experience of working in IT industry or EdTech Req

Skills and Requirements - - The candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent written and oral communications skills; must be able to effectively communicate with IEEE staff, content partners, vendors- Must be able to handle multiple projects and coordinate with key stakeholders within GIEEE and external partners- Working knowledge in this space and should have passion for driving such activities- Must be a technologically savvy knowledge worker who seeks out technology solutions to business challenges; Specific technology knowledge and experience needed to produce desired outcomes include: PC skills particularly with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google environment (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
