Candidates should have at least 3 years litigation paralegal experience and should possess experience in the competencies below. Hours/Schedule

Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in the client's Orange County office (parking is not provided)40-hour work weekStandard business hours of operation

Duration: Ongoing, approximately 6+ months. There may be a potential to transition to perm.

Job Information

Prepare, file, and serve documents electronically in California state and federal courts in compliance with all relevant procedural requirementsMonitor litigation deadlines and assist in the timely submission of filings and responses to avoid delays and sanctionsTracks all relevant case deadlinesProvides support for hearings, mediations, court appearances, and depositionsExamines, organizes, analyzes, and summarizes information relating to particular questions and organizes communication into a logical and usable work productInvestigates factual issues by using a variety of sources, including libraries, websites, client repositories, and other outside sourceMaintains client matter, or practice group specific resources in electronic format or hard copyAssists in all aspects of the case, including, but not limited to, drafting and proofreading documents and pleadings in accordance with court rules and deadlines, coordinating document productions, and creating and maintaining spreadsheetsCoordinates with vendors and service providers for outside services, if necessary 3434343_1739846635 To Apply for this Job Click Here
