Temp- Manager Business Analyst - Resource Onboarding
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Business Analyst - Resource Onboarding to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing resource onboarding program policies and procedures, supporting the identity access management lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external third parties to ensure seamless external resource onboarding and offboarding. This role involves proactively overseeing and actively participating in Global Development resource onboarding processes, including addressing expired credential and account requests with the non-employee contingent workforce (NEMO) team and Global IT stakeholders. **A Typical Day Might Look Like This:** The most important duty of the manager is to ensure that only authorized users have been onboarded and issued Company identity credentials which are required to gain further access into Regeneron’s systems and data. + Assist in developing and implementing resource onboarding program policies and procedures, including supporting process flows. + Contribute to and support Global Development’s third-party identity access management lifecycle; including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates. + Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure that resource onboarding practices meets the needs of the business. + Maintain ongoing communication with external third parties to ensure assigned personnel complete credentialing on time, preventing unnecessary expiration and account deactivations. + Manage the resolution of expired external third-party vendor identity access requests. + Conduct and document periodic process risk assessments. Respond to audit and other compliance findings and implement effective remediation measures. + Monitor activity logs to identify potential security threats. + Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions, including potential process and technology-based solutions. + Familiarity with Active Drirectory, ServiceNow, and Octa Identity Access Solutions + Escalate and resolve issues promptly, managing third-party vendor inquiries and support tickets. + Develop and maintain training materials related to identity access management and oversight + Train third-party vendor contacts on the identity access request process. + Collaborate effectively with internal functions responsible for managing access to internal systems and assets **This role may be a fit for you if you:** + Strong technical skills, including experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Okta Identity Access Solutions + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Familiarity with vendor / resource onboarding best practices and compliance standards. + Strong project management skills. + Strong understanding of business processe assessment, with the ability to evaluate key components and document process flows. Pharma knowledge preferred, experience with health sciences vendors To be considered for this role, we expect you to have a Bachelors Degree and 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related field.
