Our client, a trade association, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team in Arlington, VA until February 5th, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.
* Manage and maintain office supply levels.
* Handle mail collection and distribution.
* Maintain and set-up conference rooms and other areas.
* Provide support through tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of reception experience is required, preferably at a professional services firm.
* Experience working a multi-line phone system.
* Strong MS office skills.
* Ability to provide top-notch customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation/Benefits:
* $21/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary until February 5th.
* Starting ASAP!
* Hours are 9am-4:30pm.
* 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
