Our client, a prestigious non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic TTP Benefits Specialist to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of benefits specific experience, managing all leave of absences as well as conducting benefits orientation. Assisting with open enrollment, resolving employee issues with leave administrators and insurance providers, and assisting in benefits training for staff are key aspects of this role. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proven knowledge of employment law including ADA, FMLA, and worker's compensation are characteristics that will allow someone to thrive in this position. Bachelors' degree, required.3+ years of benefits experience.Advanced knowledge of relevant employment law.Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

The hourly rate for this position is $32-$38/hr.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
