Compensation Data $26 - $30/hr, depending on skills and qualifications Full time, temporary position, through end of Feb 2025 Job Duties Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales, inventory, expenses and timesheet data from the field Perform cross-departmental and outside research in support of the above Maintain consistent company master data across all reports, file structures, and systems Maintain documents, work papers, and backups in designated system(s) of record Prepare & distribute daily, weekly, or monthly reports and/or reconciliations as requested and assigned Key journal entries and perform other tasks in support of month-end close Other duties supporting Finance & Accounting Department objectives Qualifications Outstanding telephone and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task Preferred: one year or more experience in office processes and administration procedures Preferred: working experience with and SAP, AFRM, and related business systems Company Overview
