We are seeking skilled and dedicated Embroidery Machine Operators and Fulfillment Processors to join our L.L.Bean for Business team. The videos below show two of the roles we have available in our Lewiston Manufacturing facility. These videos give a first-hand look at the work we do. Embroidery Machine Operator 

Fulfillment Processor 

L.L.Bean is currently looking for temporary/full-time Embroidery Machine Operators, Quality Assurance Support Reps and Fulfillment Processors  to join their team in Lewiston, ME. This team embroiders company logos, names, and symbols on our merchandise.

Available schedule: Hourly requirement may fluctuate based on business need.

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Saturdays as needed

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm (25 hours expected per week or more)

Embroidery Machine Operators

In this role, you'll be:

The artist behind the machine: Operate a 6-head embroidery machine to create unique, customized products for our customers.

A quality control whiz: You'll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every stitch is perfect.

A dedicated team player: You'll maintain speed and efficiency meet strict deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service with little supervision.

Quality Assurance Support Reps

In this role, you will:

Review and verify correct, size/color/item ID and embroidered logo is in correct location/color of thread.

Clean any marks and hoop rings

Remove any backing and cut threads as needed

Insure logo is first quality

Fold item neatly as shown by OI and place in appropriate size bag.

Pack product in original box following the carton content sheet

Make sure all items are accounted for keeping gender, sizes and color together when able.

Complete order and place paper work in folder and place inside box for shipping. 

Fulfillment Processors  

In this role, you will:

Retrieve case lots

Verify multiple item orders, match orders to correct shipping paperwork.

Cross-check color, code, and size.

Organize supplies, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery to the embroidery team. 

Keen eye for symbols, numerals, and other details will be essential. 

Physical Demands: These positions require standing 8 hours a day, bending, grasping, lifting, standing/walking and strong hand/eye coordination skills.
