Reporting to the Plant Administration Supervisor, this position serves as an Administrative Assistant for the facility. This role also provides support to the Administrative, Commercial Support and Management Teams.
Core Functions:
Daily Administrative and secretarial tasks as requested by the Management and Administrative Teams Receptionist duties including overseeing the switchboard and greeting/directing contractors with superior customer service Meal, mail, and supply pick-ups throughout the work week as required Provide accurate accounting information and procedures for local and head office levels Consistently run weekly and monthly reports as required Provide month end support Other duties as required
Skill/Experience Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 completion Minimum 2 to 3 years’ office / reception experience, required Diploma or Degree in Business Administration considered an asset Valid driver’s license is required Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain stable working relationships at all levels Superior customer service skills Demonstrated proficiency in Windows based programs including Excel, Word SAP experience an asset Superior written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a busy and intense environment Ability to do some heavy lifting as required Analytical skills and accounting experience would be an asset Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pmBunge Canada is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultivating a diverse culture.
