We are looking for an After Sales Specialist, who will represents the single point of contact for the assigned customer base once product has been delivered.
Main responsibility is to establish and keep successful relationships with customers, handling field and in house services activities and meeting customer expectations.
You will communicates consistently with local agents, Key Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure a timely completion of the work, and closely collaborates with Quality and Engineering departments for non-conformance reports, warranty issues and all post shipment requests.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Process complains from customer about the delivered product; Receive and process customer’s requests for technical support (remote helpdesk or physical intervention at the site), as well as customers’ modifications/upgrades to existing products; Operate product recalls, as per the customer’s complain. Define and handle priorities; Act as a Project Manager within the After Sales domain, appropriately balancing costs, time, purpose, quality and risks, from the opening of the request until final closure; Collaborate with internal relevant collaborators and external business partners, to plan, supervise and coordinate the activity, providing comprehensive answers and/or offering effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Who You Are:
You are an energic person, always striving to meet customers satisfaction and go beyond their expectations, able to run sophisticated requests by closely collaborating with your colleagues and different collaborators.
For This Role, You Will Need: High School Diploma or equivalent experience in technical area; Good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel; Intermediate English level; Able to understand mechanical and electrical schematics and wiring diagram
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering; Advanced Excel knowledge; ERP systems knowledge; Proficient in English; SAP solid understanding; Even a short experience in a Operation department of a manufacturing industry
