Key Responsibilities: · Supports Director of Merchandising and VP of Merchandising in executing a merchandise assortment that supports both the DTC and wholesale channels. · Assesses omni channel business weekly using company reporting tools and aids in pulling reports weekly · Owns and creates line decks for seasonal markets · Maintains the line plan and line decks with timely updates ensuring all information is the most up to date from all cross functional partners · Assists with all preparation for key meetings by gathering data, building presentations, and any other tasks assigned · Communicates cross functionally to bridge communication from Design, Sales, Product Development and Production · Conducts competitive research on product offerings, fabrications, pricing, and trends building quarterly decks with results · Responsible for assisting with all Merchandising deliverables and cross-functional critical deadlines Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For + Previous Merchandise experience or merchandise internship strongly preferred + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills + Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented + Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team + Trend and fashion awareness with the ability to understand current trends, competition and market. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred Salary Description $18 hourly
