This role will provide administrative assistance in employee benefits, respond to inquiries, and assist in processing and monitoring FMLA/PFML applications and retirement plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of delivering excellent support in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Respond to employee inquiries via email, phone, and in-person regarding benefits eligibility, enrollment deadlines, and coverage details. + Provide general information on employee benefits, including retirement plans and health insurance options. + Assist in the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and tuition remission. + Support the processing and tracking of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in PeopleSoft. + Monitor PeopleSoft Benefits Administration functions to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
