Billing Clerk | On-Site | Gainesville, VA | 90-Day Contract | Start January 7th
Description
The Billing Clerk's responsibility is to review data accuracy and ensure timely payment to vendors & invoices generations for the customers. Ability to clearly communicate and provide comprehensive reports to customers and vendors will be required.
Process Monthly Recurring & Non-Recurring Billing Invoices: Analyze and update billing information including new sales, change/replacement assets and disconnected/cancelled assets.Process Vendor Invoices. Handle invoices on monthly basis, ensuring accuracy with the invoice entry.Track and handle disputes and tracking disputes to receive credit.Email Billing & Payables Inbox: Timely respond to internal customer & vendor queries and process requests and review regular email communications for past due notices for vendors.Coordinate with vendors for payment errors and research resolutions for service updates.Email Non-Recurring and Monthly Recurring invoices to customers and maintain track of exceptions.
Skills & Qualifications
High School or equivalent1-Year of Payables & Receivables Experience in any Industry is a Must: Experience in billing, accounting, or finance is preferred.Basic Excel knowledge/experience is a must.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
