Temporary - Client Communication Assistant - 12 months contract

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with Retail, Communication, Store Managers, and CRM Ambassadors to enhance the customer data quality.  Delivering monthly CRM reporting and analysis with the support of the CRM tools (Top Nationality per store and regionally, Top 20 best spenders clients follow-up in general and per métier, Reachability and Opt-in rates follow-up per stores. 

Supporting the Client Communication team:

In the different steps of the Door-to-Door dispatching projects, between the different internal teams and the supplier. Being the POC to arrange the logistics around these projects. In updating the store teams with the daily delivery or invitation reports. For the International Events trips. Being in contact with the Group Client Communication team for Trombino scopes, scheduling, and itineraries. For the different client activations reports and campaign performances (one-to-few, one-to-one, international events, VIC gifts tracking).

REQUIREMENTS 

Comfortable with Microsoft Pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus Marketing/ Communication/ Business Graduate with an interest in CRM Previous experience in a related position is beneficial Strong writing skills and excellent verbal communication  Organized, detail-oriented
