We seek a dynamic and strategic Commercial Excellence Manager to support our High Specialty product line for a 6-month period to cover a medical leave.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and drive initiatives that enhance competitive advantage, sales efficiency, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will span overseeing the quota planning and management process, conducting in-depth market analysis, evaluating sales team performance, and generating actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Enhance sales productivity and efficiency by crafting and executing robust Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategies and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
Quota Management: Spearhead the establishment of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales quotas in collaboration with the business unit, finance department, and sales teams.
Incentive Plan Lifecycle: Oversee the complete lifecycle of sales incentive plans, from design and implementation to administration.
Performance Analysis: Partner with business units to review sales performance data, identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide analytical support to sales leadership.
Territory and Resource Planning: Lead the territory design and sales force planning processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strategic alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide strategic insights through data analysis to support cross-functional teams and actively participate in team meetings.
Market Research and Insights: Design and execute market research studies to gather strategic insights on product positioning, customer behavior, and market trends. Ensure integration of findings into brand strategies.
Market Intelligence: Deliver actionable market insights that influence business decisions by leveraging competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests, providing timely and insightful information to meet business needs.
Sales Projection and Forecasting: Drive sales growth by setting sales projections and market forecasting models, estimating market share growth for promoted products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in managing medium-sized projects.Expertise in quotas, incentives, market research, and business analysis.Experience with External Market Audits (e.g., IQVIA: PMM, NRC, DDD, INTE; GOB360, INEFAM).Strong competency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell).Desirable Qualifications:
