Our client in Financial Services is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team for a long-term project. We are seeking an individual to provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently to customer inquiries relating to our client's products and services.

About You:

High School Diploma and some college preferred.1+ year of customer service experience.Experience in a call center is preferred, but not required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of the leasing industry is desired, but not required.

About the Job:

Provide exceptional customer service over the phone.Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to promote and enroll them in the client's products and services. Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients. Maintain accounts and support maintenance journal requests.Respond to incoming customer calls and process address changes.Manage requests for documentation and fee waivers.Handle insurance cancellation requests and payments over the phone.Process requests from third party consultants.Complete client requests and process client documentation as required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your experience with a highly respected financial services firm. The position is expected to last at least three months, with a strong likelihood of extension. Compensation is up to $23/hour, depending on experience.
