FlexStaff is seeking a Temporary Document Management Specialist for our Client, a full-service banking institution, located in the Bethpage, NY.
Full-time, 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 1hr unpaid lunch break. This position is working 100% on-site.
At this role you will be responsible for the proper handling, retention and retrieval of Corporate, Branch, Member and S3 records throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience in preparing, scanning, and quality-checking documents and images for electronic or digital conversion, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Familiarity with records retention schedules and experience working with branches, third parties, and storage providers to manage document transmittals. Proficiency in logging, tracking, and maintaining batch records and reports. Ability to consistently follow departmental service level objectives, procedures, and operating systems when executing tasks. Experience in reviewing and preparing mortgage and home equity loan files for long-term retention, ensuring compliance with third-party document and shipping requirements. Competency in using document management software and other related computer systems.
