Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their two SVPs in Washington, DC starting ASAP through the end of May!

About the Job:

Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.Collaborate on financial matters and assist in managing the budget as needed.Perform a variety of executive administrative tasks and support the department as needed.

About You:

2+ years of related administrative or executive support experience is required.A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required.Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times and travel up to 10% of the time.Proficiencies with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and project management tools are required; must be tech savvy.

About the Position:
