Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary administrative assistant is available to help with recruitment coordination and various administrative tasks for an 8-week assignment. The role is based in Boston, MA, offering a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office (Tuesday being mandatory). The hours are flexible with a typical 8-hour workday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay is $26-28 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:
Coordinate with recruiters to schedule Zoom meetings and interviews (no actual recruiting).Manage Outlook calendars and Zoom meeting setups.Update LinkedIn job posts and assist with candidate communications.Send resumes to recruiters for job applications received via career boards.Ensure smooth coordination of the interview process.Maintain and update Excel files.Order and set up catering for office events.Assist the HR Generalist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.Proactive and able to work independently.Familiar with Outlook calendars and Zoom meeting setups.Experience in handling confidential information.Ability to maintain Excel files and coordinate various tasks.Previous administrative or recruiting coordination experience is a plus.
